Some cooking is involved. Every dinner involves cooking, usually less than 20-30 minutes.
Air fryer and oven options are provided.

Some breakfast and lunch meals will require light cooking. Some will just be a quick smoothie to blend. (If your breakfast is a smoothie, your lunch that day will be a lightly cooked meal. If your breakfast is a lightly cooked meal (usually involving eggs), your lunch will be a blended smooth.)

No, let’s leave the math in the classroom. Calorie counting actually takes us out of the mind-body connection that ultimately sets us up for sustainable wellness.

Connecting your mind and body simply means you heighten your awareness to true hunger and true satisfaction. Basically, you become more mindful of when you’re heading to the pantry out of boredom or to self-soothe, rather than because your body is signaling actual hunger.
